There are many resources available on the web for learning Tarot and about related topics. Here are some of my favourite ones. I am not affiliated with any of the following websites.  I found these useful myself so am posting them purely as suggested possible resources that others may wish to try.

TAROT DECK PREVIEWS

These sites are great for being able to look at variety of decks and their imagery before making a decision about which ones to buy.

DECK COMPARISONS

It is interesting to see how different decks interpret and portray the different cards. These can also be helpful in  understanding Tarot meanings, or in seeing which deck appeals to you most.

Thoth Deck Resources
Articles and learning resources to aid understanding the Crowley Toth Tarot Deck.

• Esoteric Meanings has some detailed information regarding the major and minor cards, a really good aid to learning these cards.

• Liber Theta is a detailed discourse of tarot symbolism and divination taught by the Order of the Golden Dawn, which is the basis for the Rider Waite and Crowley decks.

• YouTube Thoth Tutorials some of the best analysis of the cards I've come across (linked to the esoteric meanings website)

TAROT SPREADS

There are many spreads that can be used, some are based on traditional ones others are custom spreads. I have found these resources useful to find different spreads, and even different position meanings for the same spread.

• Psychic Library - has some interesting spreads such as a 'Star Guide' spread, as well as more traditional ones.

• AE Waite's Instructions for the Celtic Cross - a site by Glenn F. Wright which includes this useful page on the Celtic Cross spread as devised by AE Waite.

• 43 Short Tarot Spreads - this wonderful site by Jeanne Mayell has some non-traditional spreads which can be useful and illustrates how you can customise spreads to suit your needs.

FORUMS

• Aeclectic Tarot - unfortunately this forum was closed in 2017 but is still very useful as the the archives are still available.

• Cult of Tarot - this appears to be a relatively new forum at the time of writing (Sept. 2018) but seems friendly with a good range of tarot topics to join in with.
